I’ve never been one to sit still for too long—so it’s no surprise that Tasty and Trendy by Tay was born out of my constant desire to create, connect, and chase new adventures.

After graduating from UMHB, celebrating 10 years at my job, and turning 30, I knew it was time to chase my more. For me, that meant turning my passion for beautiful, intentional food into something I could share with others—thus, Tasty and Trendy by Tay came to life!

Born and raised in Texas (and proud of it!), I love where I come from but never pass up the chance to travel—especially when it means visiting family. My "eventually, soon-ish, maybe one day husband" is my biggest cheerleader and always encourages my wild dreams and spontaneous ideas—like this one!
